T42 - There are tons of bars on the waterfront where locals love to congregate and have a good time, and T42 is one of them. This is a waterfront bar that is well-known for its lively bar, but you can grab a bite to eat there as well.

Round Midnight – this is a popular spot of entertainment in Hobart at Battery Point due to its live bands and DJs. This is a spot that the younger crowds will definitely be attracted to.

Grape – also at Battery Point, this is a quaint little wine bar where you can grab a drink and also buy a bottle of good Tasmanian wine to carry home as a souvenir.

Wrest Point Casino – want a place where you can enjoy a drink and also play a little blackjack or stud poker, well this is the spot to be.

Playhouse Theatre – holds both traditional and cutting-edge plays which are performed by a local cast.

Theatre Royal – this place has been around since 1834 and has magnificent paintings of composers on its dome. The theatre puts on both classic and contemporary plays by playwrights from Australia and those who are internationally known.
